• 20% Rush fee for orders placed less than 2 weeks prior to pickup. Since the schedule is typically set 2 weeks in advance, this fee covers additional time spent re-arranging the schedule, overtime hours needed to accommodate last minute orders and ordering any additional supplies needed. For Eddie printed treats - By purchasing these treats, the customer confirms they have proper copyright and print release rights for all images. Due to printing on a porous surface (icing), images may not be as clear as those printed on paper. In addition, some darker colors such as black and red may print lighter than normal.
